INAWELDING 2026 was concluded with tremendous success—served as a global hub by welcoming 269 exhibitors and over 22,000 industry professionals from 35 countries—Solidifying INAWELDING as Indonesia’s International Welding Equipment, Cutting, Material, & Services Exhibition. This leading exhibition will return on 27–29 July 2027 at JIExpo Kemayoran, Jakarta.
This key event comes as there is high demand for welders in the international market. Currently, there is a demand for 8,000 skilled welders in key destination countries such as Qatar, South Korea, and Japan.
Christina Aryani, Deputy Minister for the Protection of Indonesian Migrant Workers (P2MI), revealed that welding is a highly sought-after skill in the international labor market. She noted that the demand for welders across various countries continues to rise, necessitating Indonesia’s preparation of a skilled workforce possessing internationally recognized competencies and certifications.
Welding competencies currently dominating the global market range from fillet, plate, and pipe welding, basic welding inspection, and underwater welding, to the ability to operate digital welding machines.
Driven by this momentum, INAWELDING 2027 will be held under INAMARINE 2027 mega event and take place alongside co-events, including Indonesia Boat Show and SAFE Indonesia. Together, these combined events serve as an all-in-one platform for cutting-edge solutions across industrial welding, shipbuilding, shipyard infrastructure, marine engines, navigation & communication systems, and safety equipment.
Participating in the event offers an exceptional opportunity to expand your business network, connect directly with key industry decision-makers, and reach international clients. Additionally, visitors can gain exclusive industry intelligence and practical insights through specialized seminars led by expert speakers throughout the event.
